Order Processing

We process orders in the order they are received and cannot change them once they are processed. If we have not processed the order yet, you may request that we cancel it completely, and then you may create a new order. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change or cancel that order. Please review all order details carefully before finalizing.

Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday via United States Postal Service with tracking.  Orders will ship with in 2 business days, but we always try to ship our orders within the same day. Please note that due the to handcrafted nature of our products we may be out of stock of a particular item at any one time. You will be notified immediately if this is the case and given the opportunity to replace the item, remove the item from your order, or place the item on back-order. All back-ordered items will be shipped at no extra charge to you as soon as they are available.

International Orders Including Canada

At this time products can only be billed and shipped to destinations within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

Damage Claims

Always inspect your package as soon as it is received. If items are damaged please let us know via email at christine@cleanriverproducts.com within 3 business days. Please email photos of the damaged product and or shipping materials and we will arrange to have the item shipped back to us. We will then replace the item or issue a full refund of the item price less shipping.

Returns

We sure hope you love our products, but if for any reason you do not, unopened items may be returned within 7 business days from the delivery date at the buyers expense with a 20% restocking fee. Products that are returned to us damaged are not eligible for a refund.

Product Shelf Life

Our soaps do not have chemical stabilizers or synthetic preservatives. Each soap can react differently depending on the ingredient combinations and environmental conditions such as heat and humidity exposure. We always recommend that you keep your soap out of standing water by using a soap tray that allows water to drain away from the soap. Keep unused soap in a dry, cool storage location such as a linen closet or dresser drawer. Most soaps should last 6 to 8 months, but under ideal conditions can last much longer.

Privacy Policy

Clean River Products’ privacy policy is simple. We do not share, sell, or trade any of our customer’s personal information. All information we collect from you is used solely by Clean River Products to process your order or send you the information you requested. We will only send information pertaining to our product, and all our emails comply with the CAN-SPAM Act (this is legislation that protects email users from unwanted, unsolicited emails). Each of the promotional emails we send lists our physical mailing address and will contain a link for you to unsubscribe.
